HAPPINESS
There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way “Lao Tzu”

If you are someone who is committed to being happy, living your dreams and loving your life, post this lesson from Lao Tzu where you can see it over and over.

It sounds so simple yet in those moments when we feel so disconnected from that place of joy within us what can we do?
When we have physical pain in our body, when we feel sad or worried that we are going to fail how can we possibly expect ourselves to feel happiness? Here are some suggestions

1. Remind yourself that happiness is a choice and you always have a choice to connect back to it at anytime no matter what.

2. When you are feeling disconnected from you joy, peace or happiness remind yourself that you are responsible for this less that peaceful state of mind. That despite your circumstances you always can choose peace, faith, acceptance or love.

3. Shift your attention or your focus. When you feel unhappy you are focusing on what you don’t have that you want, what is going wrong or you are feeling like a victim of circumstance. Instead, ask yourself, “What DO I want right now” Simply getting connected to what you do want, ex..I want to feel better, I want to find a solution, I want to let this go, all of these declarations will begin to shift you towards feeling better.

4. The better it gets the better it gets. You don’t have to always be in a state of bliss. And certainly don’t get down on yourself for feeling less than happy, it’s part of the flow of life. Just encourage yourself to find a little relief from your doubts and worries and you will find, the better it gets the better it gets.

5. Life is happening all for your benefit.
When you feel unhappy ask yourself, what is right about this? Why is this happening for me? Remembering that you live in a loving world, that love is the source of all things and looking for the benefit in any situation, no matter how challenging, will always get you closer to feeling better.

6. What you expect to see you will find. Know that there is an endless well of happiness, well-being, love, peace and joy within you and your are the only one who can choose to go there or not.
Expect things to get better and better and you will see they will.

Happiness is the source of your success, prosperity and well-being. Nothing will lead you to happiness but happiness is the way to all things, it is the fountain of youth, it is the river of wellness, it is the road to abundance and it is always available for YOU.

Value your happiness above anything else. Never take action from fear or worry it will only cause more suffering. Instead, first put yourself into a state of love and gratitude and then ask, what can I do now?

Offer happiness to all who cross your path. A smile is such powerful gift to offer another. What you give is what you’ll get!
