Paul Newman’s Salsa

Good Morning!
Day 2 for me. I was hungry yesterday so last night for dinner with my shake I made a tomato, cucumber,edamame with fresh basil and lemon juice salad and then I had organic green beans with Paul Newman salsa for dessert! Yum. Salsa is a good tip.Dip your veges, throw it in your salad. Delicious! If you are really hungry have some avocado in your salad…high in good fat and zero on the glycemic index.
Phyllis,Carol,Susan M and Dawn are starting today! I know they are excited to get started. This will change your life! Excuse me if I forgot anyone.
