This is the reason it is so helpful/important to go onto Phase 1 or Phase 2. It keeps you on track.


“Ok, day 3, not so bad, still exercising, not as hard, was alittle hungry today, but haven’t had anything other than the program. Trying to keep busy & my mind off it, down a few pounds, but hopefully more important cleansing my body. Hope i don’t blow it this weekend, when I return to some normality.”
