Family Fun Time at OutdoorFit!

My brothers Mark and Paul came to OutdoorFit on Saturday. It was great to have them and they relay seem to enjoy the Prowler Relay. I think they will make another Saturday morning appearance! We did a 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 workout!
